Yes, I believe this is common of a penoscrotal installation. I believe my reservoir tube and the left and right cylinder tubes converge approximately where my incision was placed, and have been tied in a bundle, hanging loosely over my urethra, before they go down into the pump in the scrotum.

I tried using a V.D over the implant and was concerned about damage to the tubes there. I felt there was far too much rim pressure on the tubes so i decided to stop in fear of serious damage ( Even tried putting an extra ring to take the pressure and that didnt work for me)
I'm not sure how guys are using a V.D over the implant but i will not take the risk again.

Infrapubic? I think Dr. Eid uses that method from what I've heard. That would make sense that you couldn't feel any tubing if they were installed very proximally via infrapubic as the tubing probably comes out of the implants into your lower abdomen and down into the scrotum without being noticable along the base.

I feel tubing all around penile base and underneath where shaft meets the scrotum.
I had peno-scrotal approach.

regarding dr eid and his surgical approach. He uses peno-scrotal. (NOT infrapubic)

regarding my tubes ---- yup, I have an amazingly great install --- tubes cannot be felt----the shaft of my penis is totally smooth on top and underneath --- i am sure that the women must love it !
