I am relatively young (28) and I suffer horribly from premature ejaculation. When I was 18,19,20, I would have sex and I would usually cum within 2-3 minutes. I would go between ½ to 2/3 hard, but I would continue thrusting and would eventually get rock hard again. I could usually cum 2-4 times and last 30-60 minutes. Ever since I came back from my second tour in Iraq in the Marines it’s been quite different. The very first night I was able to plow through my first PE orgasm and have a second one about 5-10 minutes later. That was Feb 10 2006. After that I have never been able to last for a second round and now my average is 1-3 minutes. I’ll usually continue the motions for another couple minutes to make it seem longer but Im finished. After I got out of the Marines I put on weight, 5’8” 270. Im also on testosterone.
My wife always asks if I really like going down on her because I try to every time. I like it but trying to please her is really the reason. My wife doesn’t really help because she is somewhat of a prude. I got married in 05, and even before my problem got bad we averaged maybe once a month. There have been at least 2 occasions where nothing happened for at least 6 months. This year nothing happened until May. 2 in May, 3 in June, 1 in July, 1 in August. Maybe if it happened a lot more maybe I could work on technique or something, but Im so glad to finally get it that I can’t last.
So I have been trying to research as much as I can about Trimix for premature ejaculation. If I can have just one night of sex that lasts 30-60 minutes, that will outlast an entire years average for me. I live about 45 minutes from Orlando, FL. There is a Boston Medical Group there, not gonna happen. Way to freakin expensive. But there is a place called the Casanova Clinic. He will prescribe Trimix for not just ed but also pe. Even if you can get hard and last 30 minutes everytime I think he will give it to you simply as an enhancement. However, none of this is covered by insurance. I think the visit and doctor’s fees for the uro/sex clinic is about $300. However, on Tuesday I have a VA clinic appointment. I have done some research and I do know that the VA does not cover or provide Trimix. So I think my cheapest, easiest, best avenue is to simply have my VA doc write a prescription and I’ll just buy the stuff out of pocket. I think the script is like $85 dollars.
Now about the actual prescription. Why should I actually tell the doctor I want? There is a compounding pharmacy in Orlando. On their website they have a prescription already made out to were you have a doctor sign it then fax it into them and they automatically bill you then overnight it to you. Should I start with the standard Trimix and then work my way up, or does the addition of atropine in quad mix made the result that much better to where I should start with that? I do know I will order at least one vial on the phenylephrine as a precaution against priapism. I don’t want my dick rotting and becoming useless. As far as needles, what is the best length? ½, 5/16th, 7/16th? Another question, is it ok to inject with a fully erect cock?

Young w/ Premature Ejaculation
After I did the whole rundown on bloodwork and how I was feeling I brought up the issue. After I told him I have been having some difficult issues sexually since Iraq he stopped me and said he is prescribing me generic Viagra. 6 100mg tabs to be broken in half. So 12 50mg tabs for 3 months. I tried telling him that I didnt have a problem getting it up, just keeping it up. He said this should help. I tried talking to him about EDEX he said he couldnt do it. Im not sure if he set up a uro visit or not. Then I showed him the printout of a Trimix script already made from the pharmacy. He said it looked nice because it was already made out for doctors. But he said he just couldnt do it for me.
