Suffering from ED for about 3 years due to side effect from medication. I'm not using the meds now but ED has persisted. Viagra works and without it I can only achieve partial erections.
I don't have a partner and dont really want to masturbate. I dont want to masturbate with pills because I know they may use their efficacy at some stage.
Does anyone know if ED will worsen if I dont masturbate? I do get morning wood but only a partial erection.
Thanks!
Use it or lose it?
Re: Use it or lose it?
Talk to your uro about your concerns. IMHO (non-professional) you do need regular increased blood flow to your dick by some method if it's not occurring naturally. Your choice of method. Your uro should have suggestions. Don't overlook a VED as an option.

Daily (nightly) erections are nature's way of oxygenating vital penile tissues as well as maintaining elasticity. If you don't get full erections by any other means, a vacuum erection device (V.E.D.) is shown in the medical literature to be effective. No constriction ring necessary if you are not using the erections produce for sex, but daily erections are important. The protocol I believe most effective is to induce an erection by vacuum for a minute or two, then deflate for a short time and repeat. 30 minutes twice a day.
It will maintain size, too.
Another benefit seems to be making it easier for the surgeon to insert an implant device when that becomes necessary. This benefits the patient with an easier (more comfortable) recovery.
