OK, just try this quickly… Not sure if this will work because it’s for something different but it is a pretty good theory… A lot of times in new pumps, there’s a little bit of air bubbles in the tubes… try to empty, reinflate, empty, reinflate… Move it around a little bit… If there’s air in the tube, it could definitely cause this kind of issue… I’m gonna keep looking but that’s what I’ve got after only five minutes… Just typing it as it comes into my mind… Looking for the actual reset right now!

OK, I found that tighten pumps in about 6% of cases have this thing called a pseudo malfunction… there’s kind of a little plate that sets everything in a position where is either being inflated or deflated… if the ball is extremely hard, the solution is basically to squeeze it with a lot of pressure… Like, seemingly a lot! dr. Garber wrote a Paper about this… Google it… It is short and simple! I hope this helps somehow…

Care to share what he did to fix it? It might help someone here in future.
