Interesting read...

Nice to not have the pump and the tubing... Yes. Agree. Even though they are barely visible for me, the pump is definitely palpable and any woman giving a thorough blow/hand-job will notice it.
'
Nice to not have to pump up before sex... Yes. Just down with the pants, and up with the dick. Ready to go.

But... And here comes the big but. Most of us, young or old, married or single, live a life outside the bedroom and outside the night club where the bulge is ok to show. We have a job where we would look like fucking morons if we were running around with a stiff dick poking our pants. Personally, I just couldn't have it that way. We have social situatioins where we can't look like we have an erection. As when we swim with our kids (and our kids' friends and their parents). We go to holiday to a beach somewhere. We take showers after sports with other men. We might give a speech. We are the best man at a wedding. Over and over again we are in social situations where a malleable wouldn’t work if we had anything larger than a micro-penis. We simply want to bend over to tie our shoe laces without having an erect dick feeling uncomfortable.

So no matter how much I agree with the advantages from a pure sex point of view (no pump, no tubing, no start-up time), those advantages fade in comparison to the huge negative impact it would have on my life. It would actually ruin my life if I was running around with a constant erection, even it was folded sideways.

Of course there is a reason why the 3 piece was developed, and was seen as an upgrade to the malleable. Then there is the risk of erosion as well with the malleable, but let's not even go there for now.

There is is a reason as well why, as I understand it, the majority of people who get a malleable today are people who for some reason cannot manage a 3-piece. People with dexterity issues or with mental/cognitive issues.

In this specific case though, there might be another reason why the malleable works better for JH2007 - you are a bloody porn actor! Meaning you make your living on your dick, and just like most of us with a career are willing to sacrifice something for it, so are you. You put more value on having a cosmetically perfect dick (and more importantly - scrotum) than on being socially acceptable in your suit and your swimwear. That's great, but you are a very, very rare case. Not many guys are porn actors... And like you say, the day you are not anymore, you will probably change it to a 3-piece.

Anyway, great read and very interesting story. Keep posting, and good luck with your return to the industry.
Byt the way, did you ever post your working name? Would be interesting to see you in action once you are back...

Well, yes, its not a done deal on you dick sticking out in the office, as I am finding out today.
I put on my jeans and underwear for the 1st time since operation, and I found out that the malleable, according to their site, should not be bent beyond their 'U' shape.
Well, that 'U' shape pushes your dick against the clothing, so it is uncomfortable, and you want to walk around nekkid:). I am a regular Joe, so I do not want my dick sticking out, so we will find out in a little while if it goes in enough that you can hide it.

If there is too much of a bulge, there are a couple of options not discussed much here.

Compression/Control undergarments. Women have been wearing girdles, etc for a LONG time. They do work.

I have not seen anyone mention the word "codpiece" on the forum. Once used to make a visual enhancement of a man's anatomy, a properly shaped one could provide camoflage. Although it would make it seem as if you have a bit of a pot belly (or using the modern terminlogy, "dad-bod") I suppose that is more acceptable to the general populace than an erection preceding you into every business meeting

So your only downside is concealability. I am not that big so I don’t think that I’ll be a problem. If fact, after not being able for 3 years due to prostate cancer treatments, I will love it. For me the advantages of the malleable (Tactra specifically): Easier, less invasive surgery. Less chance of infection and faster recovery. No pump or tubes to pump or deflate, fail or malfunction.I also heard the malleable is actually harder and has more axial strength than an inflatable. I hope I’m not over hyping it, but I think the Tactra from Boston Scientific is a vast improvement over previous malleables.

Interesting thoughts. My waist is 38" (hoping to be 36 again and 175 lbs instead of my current 193). Penis is 6" long 5" girth, fully inflated. If I had a malleable, it would create a bulge that could be barely concealed and in a trunks-style bathing suit acceptable in public. I normally wear my penis pointed up.

In a public shower, I suppose pointed down would be most appropriate, but there would still be no "dangle" or pendulum swing to it. I wonder if that would raise curiosity.

Not having to pump up every time we want to have sex would be nice. Losing the ability for my girlfriend to play with my flaccid penis as a "squishy toy" does not seem to matter much to her. But fellatio on me (when inflated more than 80%) is problematic because of her jaw opening capacity and ability to "deep throat" might be limiting if my penis remains full-size and fully rigid.

Lots of issues to take into account.

Concealment could be a huge issue and I can see that for people for me this far I where tight compression briefs already put to the side as I am not even able to bend it down all the way yet, I go out in the public very little extra sticking out I will probably get one size up clothes also just to ensure
Attached are my current clothes I’m wearing and I have a decent sized wiener maxed girth and damn near the max length for the tactra

If you knew his working name it probably wouldn't be hard to research.

Your progress seems great so far. I'm not sure the bulge will even be that big of an issue once you are able to bend it down all the way. I'm only around 6 inches in length, so not sure I would be all that concerned either.

How hard would you say it feels? Is it comparable to a really good Trimix injection? If so, this is starting to sound more and more appealing!

Nah, it would not be the same. Remember, he had a Titan. So I am curious on what showed with the Titan.
I can vouch for the Tactra, as I have one myself, but if I am going to the Titan, I need to get as much info as I can (I will probably forget a lot of it, but pics are worth a thousand words).
