questions
A couple of questions about implants. Does an implant feel heavy in the goin with the reservior and pump? Also is the size the same when flaccid or erect? Or does the penis grow?

You do not feel the reservior at all as this is generally located behind the lower stomach wall ... Yes you do feel the weight of the pump ball as this is heaver than the testicles. After a while you will hardly notice ...
Also is the size the same when flaccid or erect? Or does the penis grow?
With the AMS LGX model ... no the size is not the same ... yes it does grow (when pumped). Now how much you grow depends on the individual.
Can a woman tell if a man has an implant?
Depends ... if a woman fondles your sac ... yes she can tell (extra hardware) if you mean during intercourse ... then not really. My wife (married 40 yrs.) says she can't really tell the difference in the "feel inside". The oval shape is barely noticable, and although the "head" is slightly smaller at first ... this should improve over time.
Feel free to ask if you have any more questions ...

Re: questions
Hi, what do you mean by "Oval shape"? Does the shape of the penis change with the implant? Personally mine is thicker from top to bottom than from side to side, can I infer from your statement that this will change when I get my implant? (getting a Titan on Oct 12th).
Thanks!
Thanks!

When a normal penis is in the excited state ... blood flow will increase the size along the bottom. With an Implant the shape will change as you say slightly, in that the girth normally increases (side to side) and the bottom tends to not swell as much (when excited) giving you a slightly oval shape. Some guys report the bottom shape will recover in time, if you do not have any blood flow issues.
Good luck on your Implant and keep up posted of your progress ...

No ... they use a tool (looks like a big knitting needle) to create a tunnel, (then measure) then use a long needle attached to the cylinder, and push that thru the tunnel and out thru the head (yeah be glad you are sleeping) ... you should really watch a few videos at Youtube of the operation (search: penile implant surgery)
