2,5 ug Alprostadil + PDE5i not enough - next step on date ?

Hello to all,

I had a long break from injections, my last injection was with 10ug a year ago and the erection did last for 3 hours but only in the distal part of the shaft. It was a bit long.

I have a date tomorrow evening and tried to determine the effect with my daily 15mg tadalafil and the 2,5ug injection this morning.

Well, it didnt do very much, after 15 minutes and with slight stimulation I had an 6/10 erection which I could keep for 15 minutes.

Tomorrow is the date, and with a)anxiety b) some other medication which does slightly negatively affect erectile function I am unsure if to use 5ug or 7,5ug.

But I am using the PDE5i as well, b.c. even hours after the initial effect of the injection with the PDE5i I get better erections with this combination.

I am obviously not asking for medical advice, but with your experience what would you do ?

Hustling to the ER with a priapism (most probably a high-flow priapism, but still) in the night is not the very best thing but on the other hand not being able to perform on the first date scares me as well.

That's a doctor question. So many variables. What form is your alprostadil in and how old is it?

It s caverject, freshly reconstituted.

The next dose might be 4-6 hours after reconstitution.

Another question - is it possible to inject in a semi-erect (60% erect dick ?) without harm to the tunica albuginea ?
