I'm 30 and I'm completely healthy and don't have any issues except one. Till 17 years old I could get erection just in 5-10 second just by thinking about something sexual. I made circumcision because I had had phimosis. Since that time I haven't remembered any case when I can get erection fast and easy. It takes tooo much time. The problem is in getting erection not in the maintain it. I understand that circumcision can't make any problem from getting erection but after that I can ejaculate not faster than in 20 minutes. In thin condom its became much more difficult and of course I cant ejaculate during oral sex.
By my feeling the problem should be in arousal level because during kissing, touching, grabbing I don't feel something inside. Its just like looking at a new Ferrari - you fascinated by it but you don't expect any erection). So I'm very calm....Oh good boobs...but I don't feel something. I can be aroused just by very long foreplay and I should be calm so sex without "staff" possible just with long term relation girl. About "staff". With new girls works just Caverject injection (make 5-6 mcg). All pills do nothing for me. Viagra, Levitra, Cialis in any form do nothing. With them it still difficult to reach erection but when (and if) it happen the maintaining become much more easier. Pt-141 - nothing also. Also tried Vitaros (Alprostodil gel) but just pain in uretra.
During all this years I made a lot medical examination and everything is great. All doctors say that I'm completely healthy. No bacterium, I have high testosterone and another sex hormones, have morning wood in most days, make different sport all my life, feel great except this shit.
I don't have any idea what to do and I can't find anybody with such issues. The problem should be psychological but if yes I should have changes in getting erection during last 13 years. It should be work some time and some time no but I have the same reaction every day during last 13 years. So how it can be psychological problem? Once I thought if all medical examination is great should be something more, for example venous leak. I haven't make this examination because its unpopular test in my country and all doctors said that I can't have such problem because I'm completely healthy. And I think if I had venous leak the pills would work in this case but they don't.
Does anybody have the same issues?
Can't get hard. Does anyone have similar problem?

I very much doubt venous leak. Symptoms of venous leak are 1) erection and 2) erection cannot stay. Like inflating a tire. You can inflate,, but if the tire has a small leak, it will go down over time.
Your symptoms present a puzzle/mystery.

so symptoms of venous leak is that you can get an erection but can't maintain it, am I right? I have an opposite symptoms - can't get hard. I also heard that there is not only venous leak but also can be problem in arteries. But this problem with venous/arteries could be in not healthy patient and usually in much older years.

This might sound ridiculous but...are you sure you are into women?
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Thank you for sharing your story Vlad, it's an important testimony.
Erections start in the brain and arousal problems are still an unmet medical need. Most people (both men and women are affected by this) probably don't even see this as a medical issue but it really is.
We need centrally acting drugs for the treatment of ED, Viagra and other PDE-5 inhibitors only work locally and do nothing to improve arousal.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

What happens when you use a penis pump - does it immediately deflate?
As for doctors I keep in mind that not very long ago if you had a cold they would drain your blood or drill a hole in your skull so keep a healthy skepticism about their findings.
My ED is the result of type 2 but what the physical malfunction is I don't know. I can pump my penis to full erection but it immediately deflates, pointing to a venous problem - but venous leaks are hard to fix so doctors are hesitant to risk any procedure.
I can ejaculate however - you can't? That is strange.
Your comments make me think your country has a state run medical system - is that correct?
Diet - there are food additives that will kill your libido deader than a doornail.
Alcohol ditto.
