I have no problem with a bulge in my boardies or skinnies........don’t see why it should be for any bloke.

I have a same problem as you, always semi erect and sticking out.
This is mine complaint about Titan. I am 16 months out of surgery and still at the lowest 45 degrees or 4:30. It never got softer.
I deflate it to the max, my penis looks like being run by bus tire, so flat but sticking out. Hate it.
Will never go again with Titan.
This is mine main Point of disappointment.
Never looks and never feels anything close to natural.

im having the same problem. really strange looking and feeling and difficult to conceal. maybe fine on girthy guys. i cant see living like this for 10-15 years waiting for the implant to fail. have you considered a revision?

Now that more folks have inputted into this subject, I am wondering if its the same issue I have with my malleable. Seriously doubt it, but then again, my issue is that I cannot put my 'permanent hardon' away. It pokes out of whatever I am wearing. I much prefer stuffing in my junk into my pants, like I did before.
What I am not reading, or maybe I just missed it, is that the bulge is bothersome. For me, that answer is a resounding 'yes'! If you guys have a bulge that is not bothersome, WTF, just smile and be glad you are a shower now, lol. If its just a matter of getting used to the bulge showing, enjoy it.

Same issue. Doctor showed me that after I squeeze all the fluid out, to then squeeze and push the inplant into the pelvis, this gets teh fluid out of the back as well... works great.

Sepratech. Underwear has help me hide my Titan erection. Buy off of amazon. I wear scrubs for work so easier to conceal. Can’t wear jeans yet. Never thought this would be the norm. Getting use to it. Yes, people do notice.

I'm about 18 months and my LGX still sticks out at 4:30. Hits my scrotum stops and sticks out. I can squeeze out all fluid and it then behaves for awhile. Eventually it auto inflates. I wear baggy pants have not tried the gym but cannot wear gym shorts anyway. Sticks out too far.

I have an LGX, and I didn't think that auto inflation was possible (hence the effort required to make that first pump with its "pop"). I never have had problems with mine auto inflating.
