I have some experience with pumps and hanging. Also talked with many people who have gained length and have pics to prove it.
It does work, but as is with many things not the way the advertisement says. It takes time. A lot of time.
You have to keep it on at least 12 hours a day, 365 days a week. And also you must take it off every hour , massage it and back on.
With this religious devotion you should expect 1-2cm first year, half of that the next one and half of that the next. You max out at 3-4cm over 3-5 years. And then, there are people who do all that and get less, or no results.
Other than that be sure to try ONLY vacuum stretcher/extender - phallosan forte or penimaster pro, or some cheaper thing like ESL30.
This attaches to the glans and there is no pressure on the cylinders.
Also try to cycle more aggressively and use heat when you do that. Hot towel, or just very warm water, relaxes the tissues and make them more malleable.
Dont be mad at your wife. She has her needs. Sex is sex and no matter how much she loves you at the end of the day it is matter of physical feeling and she can tell if your dick is not the same. But it will be back, almost all people get it all back.
Extenders?
Re: Extenders?
Thanks Strutter. I know 5 months is little time. But she doesn't feel an orgasm having sex with me since March last year. Almost one year. She is fed up.
I hope everything get back. But meanwhile, fear is very big.

My penis is much skinnier than prior to cancer and my wife does not get an orgasm from my penis with vaginal sex. I had to get much more inventive with my oral technique and fore play. I satisfy her first then take care of myself with penetrative sex.

Re: Extenders?
oldbeek, since you mentioned getting creative, yesterday after I got tired and climbed off my wife (while both penetrating and manually stimulating her), after a bit of relaxing for a minute or two, I started to give her several more orgasms with a thorough hand job. All while sitting between her legs. She got about half of her orgasms last night at my hands, rather than during penetration.

I have been reading about micropenis treatments, by means of mechanical penis extenders like jes Extender. I don't know if they are a scam or something effective to gain lenght and girth, but I have been reading and it appears that there are peer studies that certify the eficacy of these devices. I have read of gains of average 1,7 cm in 6 months.
I don't have a micropenis. I am over those 7 cm considered as such. Almost 5 months after my Titan implant, i am at 11 cm. But my wife complains it is much smaller than before, and she claims not being satisfied when have sex (she can't reach orgasm, I think is only psicological, but she says is because the small penis I have now.
I always have been under 13, that's for sure. But I wonder if appart from cycling, a device like that could help in regain all my size. The question is about the compatibility with the implant. These devices are to be used while flaccid, at least 5 or 6 hours a day. I will ask my doctor as soon as I can, but I would like to know if anybody of you knows something about this matter.
Hey oneperson. Yes, you can use a traction device after you had an implant installed exactly for this reason. I read a medical paper on pubmed once, from a guy exactly on your situation. He was able to regain length back and was implanted with a bigger implant and was able to achieve satisfactory size and penetration with his wife.
Please look online for the restorex device, from Mayo clinic. Your wife is right about her thoughts. She probably doesn't mean to offend you. A lot of guys here will try to tell you that there are other things you can do in bed to please your wife, and while that is true, you should do everything in your power to get some size back as that is super important as well.
Don't believe when people tell you otherwise. And you can do something about it even having the implant right now!

Re: Extenders?
RestoreX has a clamp that pinches the penis behind the glans. It's a pair of silicone pads that clamp down tight enough to stretch the penis. Just be careful because it might hurt quite a bit (or possibly injure) where the distal tips are located in the glans.
Do PLENTY of research and if possible, consult a doctor and even the RestoreX manufacturer's representatives about feasibility before attempting it. I'm not saying it won't work but be careful and do your homework.

Re: Extenders?
Thanks thereishope. According to that paper, the therapy of enlargement has to be followed by a bigger implant replacement. And having in mind that the replacement would not be caused by a malfunction of the implant, it would be another 15000 euros.
I was thinking more in accelerate the process of recovering my previous ED size, what I am pretty sure the implant have room for it (I was 12 cm long or a little bit more and I have been implanted with Titan 20 cm plus 1 cm RTE).
I have to talk with my doctor.

That plan, while intelligent, has some difficulties. Main one is my wife is not from Asia.
