Paul Perito talks about Floppy Glans - confused?

I'm really confused by this video. From what I thought I understood, floppy glans was caused by poor sizing and inexperienced surgeons? However according to Dr Perito who is amongst the very best of the best, upto 25% of patients report some kind of floppy glans? I know soft glans affects many people pre-implant but floppy glans looks like a literal nightmare

It depends of your anatomy. For some cavernosae expand well into glans, for other cavernosae ends shorter.
Tips can t go further cavernosae frontier, so you could be 100% well implanted had have poor glans support.
Glans support is made by corpus spongiosum. Mine is fibrotic now and it doesn t engorge well and feel barely nothing now. I go for another revision for erosion in few months, hope that can be improved a bit. Feel desesperate about it, just 40 year old.

My nerves were removed at RP. I have nearly 0 engorgement in my corpus spongiosum. Skinny dick most time cold glans.

Do you have that tingling feeling in the dorsal side of the shaft ? I barely feels nothing pleasurable, I ve got to be very aroused psychologicaly to feel anything.

My glans will be cold (not floppy but soft) if I am not sexually stimulated. A big change from trimix , which would totally engorge the head. I wonder if viagra or Cialis would help here.

Cialis doesn't help cold glans much for me but JH2007 mentioned trimix gel for glans engorgement. Just rub it into glans, apparently.

So in other words, anyone could end up with floppy glans and wouldn't know until it was too late? What's the "glans pecsi" that Perito talks about in the above video?

Have an appointement for revision, will ask for durasphere bulking agent for glans hypermobility.

Is that just hyaloric acid, Frenchboy?
If so it will be pretty soft, wear off quick and be bloody expensive.
