No, it s carbon coated zirconium beads. Hyaluronic acid is a total rip off.

Had a VERY interesting reply from Dr Eid about this....

THE GLANS IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOFT AND ACTS AS A BUMPER IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE TIPS OF THE CORPORA FROM HURTING THE CERVIX DURING INTERCOURSE.

Whilst I can generally get hard without drugs (but with stimulation), my glandular engorgement is not good. It will engorge but not get rock hard without lubrication and some pelvic contraction aka "kegel". I have noticed you do collagens injections for men with penile implants, is this possible for men WITHOUT implants?
NO THE INJECTIONS ARE ONLY PERFORMED IN CASES OF ATROPHY OF THE GLANS.

I have also read it can cause glans necrosis in rare cases, is this a concern?
YES THIS IS CORRECT AND I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ANY INJECTIONS INTO THE GLANS. ALSO ONCE INJECTED THESE SUBSTANCES CAN NEVER BE REMOVED!

Finally, whilst I want to avoid an implant for as long as possible, ideally forever, is floppy glans inevitable in certain patients or is it purely down to surgeon error?
FLOPPY GLANS IS A RESULT OF IMPLANT CYLINDER UNDERSIZING. SOME SURGEONS IN ORDER TO SAVE TIME DO NOT INFLATE THE CYLINDERS AFTER THEY ARE INSERTED AND AS A RESULT THEY DO NOT MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CYLINDER SIZE CORRECTION BEFORE CLOSING THE INCISION.

Okay, that is interesting thanks you. In my case when cylinders are "out" (eroded), immediatly i ve got poor bloodflow in glans. When tips are well sitted it make a huge change.go for my 5th revision so far, will keep you informed.

All of this is pretty interesting, iam on the way getting surgery done this year and iam wondering if your glans gets bigger/bit harder still when you get aroused or in foreplay etc.

i mean does your glans feel "normal" as before the implant?

My glans feels normal to a degree but the implant cylinder tips (hard plastic) are always present and palpable within the glans when deflated.

with normal i mean mostly this, does your glans get bigger when you are aroused? do you still have blood flowing in and making it a bit bigger and firmer + change of colour to more red etc?

Yes but I have to be very aroused as I think I may have venous leakage. I can clamp down around the base and do some Kegels and it will engorge fairly easily but not unless I clamp down the veins. This is standard ED issue though, unrelated to the implant.

Hi Waynetho, have you thought of using a cock ring with your implant?
I intend to when i get mine, as it gives me a firm glans.
It makes the world of difference.
