I intend to when i get mine, as it gives me a firm glans.
It makes the world of difference.

I've tried a gel ring and it works to a degree but my tubes and corporotomies are literally right on the surface (15 cm implant, 15 cm cock length), so the ring gets all in the tubing when I put it on the base and typically rolls down a bit. Not ideal.

As to urethral trimix, JH2007 suggested (maybe in a PM to me) about using TriMix gel on the glans for engorgement. The problem with Trimix and similar drugs, they increase the blood flow through the arteries feeding the erectile tissue. If you're pouring water in an open ended tube (leaky veins), it runs right through. I doubt trimix will work with VL, but I'm not a doctor and I could be wrong.

I had my nerves that engorge my glans removed during RP. I don't have venous leaks. so maybe try-mix gel would help. Tri-mix did give me total engorgement and stiffness< BUT,, It gave me an allergenic pain that was about 9 out of 10._____ BACK to the original post. ____Watch and listen to what is said in the meet the penis ,Perito video. You can end up with a floppy head and it is out of the control of the surgeon,,IF.. If you have packed fibroses in the tip of your tunica's that can't be removed, the implant is hinged on the tip because implant tubes can't be pushed into the tip. At least that is what I saw.

You could try an osobon tension band, these are much tighter rings, which are very flat, so you could wear them further up the shaft, beyond your tubes. They are wonderful.

Also, is your 15cm including both the internal and external penis? (From the crux to tip).
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.

My cylinders are CX 15 cm with no RTE. My penis length is right at 15 cm from base to tip. Subtract a tiny amount due the glans over the tips (0.25") and the cylinders bottom out just below the abdomen, approximately at the pubic bone, where I have about a 1-2 cm thick fibrotic mass in the right side corpus cavernosum.
