My injections are .35 ML in volume. This is sufficient to split the injection--take 1/2 on one side of the penis--then inject the remaining 1/2 on the other side.
Does this make sense?
Would it help spread the drug better?

Just my opinion but I would not stick penis anymore than you have to inject meds. Don’t think your going see any difference.
66 yr old male married 36 yrs use trimix four yrs, cilais and Viagra. trimix work well developed scarring on both sides had implant 1/9/2020 at UT Med Ctr, Knoxville, TN Dr. John Lacy.

You only need to inject on one side or the other to get the full result. NOW, there will be times when you may have a miss fire. Inject and nothing happens. Most people say that you should not inject again within 24 hours. I have, a time or two, only got a partial erection but not good enough for penetration and have given myself a "booster" injection of 3 to 5 units. This brings me up to a full erection and I have not had any issues with the erection lasting too long. When I do go with the booster I inject on the opposite side from the initial injection. Just something that works for me.
Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30

RIGHT ON! I have done this myself more than once with no problems!
Use Super Quadmix due to severe Venous leak.Have a GREAT DAY!
