The ability to achieve an erection never had any affect on my libido.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Was it low and stayed low? Or was it extremely high such that it could not get any higher? Or was it medium and simply stayed there?

Disappeared following a stroke. Got an implant, but no improvement in libido followed. I feel no different inflated vs. deflated. It's hard or soft, but either way makes no difference in how I feel - zero libido, zero desire, zero interest either way. My wife had also lost interest, so at least we're on the same page.
