I took photos at day 43 (six weeks, 1 day). When inflated to max I'm at roughly 4:00 and when deflated I'm at about 5:00 (maybe 5:15). I've included inflated and deflated photos in profile and frontal, below:

I mentioned this in another thread a few days ago but I'm updating this thread to keep it all in one place...

I will be seeing the hi-volume surgeon, Dr. Allen Morey at UT Southwestern in Dallas on February 3rd to get his opinion on the results of my AMS implant surgery in late October last year.

Hopefully he will agree with my assessment that things just aren't as they should be and he will get things rolling to get me scheduled for a proper revision before the first of April when my insurance resets to a new year.

One of the things that both my wife and I agree on is that something is definitely wrong because when inflated, my penis wobbles, with the cylinders suspended only from the suspensory ligament because they don't go any further into my body. If they fully penetrated my proximal corpora my penis would have a left-right stability and would point straight ahead but as it is, it wobbles left and right very badly when inflated.

There are other complaints as well:
  • Tubing exits the corporotomies, even with the base of my penis
  • Tubing runs down to a bundle under my penis and itches
  • I can feel the tubing quick connects on the left side at the base (it itches too)
  • At 81 days with max pumps, virtually no discomfort (implant undersized)
  • Twinge of pain in perineum whenever I sneeze hard (rear tips trying to go deeper into scar tissue?)
  • Very low hang when inflated (4:00 to 4:30)

I saw and talked to my urologist/surgeon last week and got my surgical notes which was literally the most information I've received from him on the surgery in almost four months.

After reading the notes, reviewing our discussion while I was talking to him last week, and doing a little review of Grey's Anatomy pages related to the penis, I have to say that my concerns have been unfounded and any impressions I may have given others that my surgeon didn't do the best job possible were wrong.

The fact that he had to extend very proximally the right corporotomy to get the tip seated tells me that he DID get the tips all the way to my crus. He said as much in my discussion last week too. I checked out the illustrations of the 1912 issue of Grey's Anatomy that are found online, and confirmed that at least in the subject the illustration sketches were based on, the crus can in fact terminate just behind the symphysis pubis or the PUBIC BONE. My crus does not go fully into the perineum area as with some people, so my proximal corpora are not a third of the total corpora length.

I will put my doctor's name in my signature again, Dr. Mark Allen of Plano TX, as he did a good job, the best job I could get.

You're almost the same size as I am. Not much difference between inflated and deflated. WTF Expected more. Upside is it gets hard and works.

Those pictures are from day 43. I was still barely over 5" if that, at that time. At day 118 I'm much straighter without the dorsal "G-spot" curve and have gained right at 1" over day 43.

I will try to post some updated lower body photos here for reference when I have a chance. The difference is almost "Night & Day".
