What about trying daily cialis? You take it once a day and you’re ready to go when’re the occasion arises.

I was thinking about trying it as well. I am having appointment with urologist in couple of weeks and probably ask him about this option.

I think that they treat two different symptoms. Testosterone mainly helps to stimulate the desire for sex. That desire should produce an erection. Cialis helps with the erection if the body can't produce one on it's own.
You're really looking for desire with an erection as the final result.

Testosterone helps with libido and arousal and ultimately sperm production and the ability to ejaculate
Cialis helps to increase blood flow through the arteries to the penis, which when aroused (see above), will facilitate a harder erection.
What neither above will do is fix a venous leak which is like pouring water into a glass with a hole in it. The glass will never fill up because it keeps draining out the bottom. Cover the hole (vein ligation surgery or ligature ring around penis) and one can pour water in fast enough to fill the glass (or blood into the penis).
