Doesn’t Dr. Eid offer a 10-year warranty on his installation if the Titan fails?

No...l believe it’s 3 but I’m hopeful that it’s a typo. I plan to find out for sure next week.

The bulb & tubing failed again last night. This time I was super careful when deflating/inflating.

You are a young and athletic guy compared to a lot of us here. Are you engaging in any physical activities that might stress the implant? Possibly something like deep squats, horseback riding, mountain biking, martial arts, saturation diving, motocross, etc? Not looking to assign blame, just looking for possible cause for such a high failure rate. I often wonder if my long distance bicycling is eventually going to cause a failure for me.

Let us know if you find out more details about the failure. Very concerning for guys with a Titan.

Roof inspections & lifting ladders. Working out was about the only other engaging physical activity, but I was always told i could resume same activities as before taking the plunge.

So sorry to hear this 1Roofer, I know how you feel. First 2 implants had the pumps break, the first one at 11 months and the revision at 5 months. My third one implanted 9/24/19 has developed an huge aneurysm on the right side.

Like you, I was more conservative with the two revisions so I don’t know what to think at this point.

I had reservoir issues and am having a revision at the 1 year mark.

I decided on a different doc and they are going with an lgx.

I was happy with my titan and the way it fixed my peyronies. Not sure how the lgx will be. Time will tell.

With any luck, the Titan straightened out the Peyronies enough that the flaccid LGX will be straight enough for good cosmetics. I am sure the surgeon will not use an LGX if it is not rigid enough when inflated to be straight as a ruler. But (If it wire me, I would) ask him what the contingency plan is if during the operation, he discovers otherwise.

Are there any tips you might share on how to get the bulb on the AMS implant to soften quicker? Sounds like you have through some frustrating times. Do yoU think AMS is better product or just luck?

All three implants were Titans with the Genesis pump.
