No...l believe it’s 3 but I’m hopeful that it’s a typo. I plan to find out for sure next week.

You are a young and athletic guy compared to a lot of us here. Are you engaging in any physical activities that might stress the implant? Possibly something like deep squats, horseback riding, mountain biking, martial arts, saturation diving, motocross, etc? Not looking to assign blame, just looking for possible cause for such a high failure rate. I often wonder if my long distance bicycling is eventually going to cause a failure for me.
Let us know if you find out more details about the failure. Very concerning for guys with a Titan.
