I've created the attached file the other day to FINALLY have some actual data on the quality of the different injection sites, medication and whatnot.
I really don't know why i haven't thought of that earlier, it's been like "where exactly did i inject that time when it worked super well?" forever and yet i never thought about writing it all down.
It's nothing fancy, maybe just an inspiration, you can create your own... But we are gonna use it to figure out the best injection sites etc... Maybe it'll help someone else too

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Re: The injections log
Greetings Hunchback,
Thanks for your Idea! I might incorporate that into what I'm currently using! Attached is what I started doing since I started My Trimix Injections in January.
Thanks Again for Sharing!

Re: The injections log
For almost 2 years, I religiously used a traction device almost daily (averaged 6 out of 7 days). I created an Excel spreadsheet which included start time, end time, total hours and allowed for more than one session per day. I also included space for daily recording of pain level etc. I found it motivational in some weird way. And BTW, those hundreds and hundreds of uncomfortable hours, reduced my Peyronie's bend by about 1/3. The log seems to be a good way to give ourselves feedback.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Re: The injections log
I mainly created this as to log the location and angle of injection, as well as the two different options of medication i have, since my results with Alprostadil have always been seemingly random, varying from very good to very bad. I thought such a log can help us build stats and verify if it's related to the actual injection technique or not.
