My questions.

Postby Alex888 » Sat Mar 07, 2020 7:35 am

I am very glad that I found this forum.
English is not my native language, so I use a translator.
I would like to ask some questions about implants.
Can a woman find out that you have an implant?
Will it interfere with physical exertion such as running?
Some write about severe pain and discomfort during seeding for the first few months. Does the pain go away over time or will there always be discomfort?
Are you satisfied with your implant and your sex life?

With a 3 piece a woman can feel the pump in your scrotum. I would think a malleable one would be more difficult to detect, but they may figure it out because it is always “hard”.
No, I run, lift weights and do various body weight exercises, don’t feel the implant.
My pain was minimal. I did not use any pain meds doctor gave me.
I am super happy with my implant! I’m slightly smaller than before, but I can fuck for hours. I think my wife has orgasmed more in the last 1 1/2 years than she did in the previous 35 years! I had premature ejaculation, I still do, but we keep going and she can have 2-3 orgasms! I love my bionic penis! I should have had one installed when I was 20, because of my PE. I would avoid sex because of it!

I think most women who like to touch and explore would stop and question the pump, but they may also notice things about your penis. For example, I met with a guy who had a Titan and he had a crease (dog ears) on the side of his penis when it hung flaccid.

Each of us has different experiences regarding pain. Some may have to do with our surgeries, but I also think we each have a different ability to handle pain. I have had Gallstones, Rotator Cuff surgery, and herniated disks in my back and they were painful for me but I did not even need pain pills after implant surgery.

I run, swim, bike, etc and have no discomfort. for the first few bike rides I was really aware of the pump, but I bought a padded seat and it was fine after that.

My wife and I both love sex and are so grateful for my implant and my ability to get hard whenever we want it, and to stay hard for as long as we want it. Our love life is back like it was when we first got married and that is great for a couple in their 60’s. I also thoroughly enjoy masturbation and now I can just lay back and enjoy it without all of the frustration of trying to get hard.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I was at an event last night at a local BDSM dungeon in my area and one of the guys who knows I have an implant brought up the subject. I shared my inflation/deflation video I posted to PornHub and like often occurs in the video showings, there were questions. One girl was fascinated and asked the majority of the questions. Her biggest question was about staying power and how long would it stay up and if I had an orgasm would it go down. When I told her that I control when it goes down and other than a few seconds of extreme sensitivity right after, that I could keep going until we both decide to stop, she was thrilled. That was probably the most interesting thing in her mind. She has probably had her share of disappointment due to a guy losing his erection before SHE got off.

Thanks for the answers guys.
And what is the service life of three-component implants? If I install them at 35, is there a chance to use it for the rest of my life? Or will I have to do repeated operations?

I've read that some implantees have kept one functional implant for 10+ years before needing a revision, although some have had failures or other problems that required revision, sooner than that. For someone at your age, I would think one should probably expect around 3-4 revisions during their lifetime.
