Have you tried extra thin condoms? a couple of brands have them and it should improve sensibility! also.. check if the condom is a right fit, as it hinders the experience too!

Actually the last time I did buy some supposedly ultra thin ones but they felt pretty tight I am going to try a different kind and see. Any suggestions for brand?

Even though I could orgasm inside my wife from the first time I tried, I do however agree to the continual evolution and improvement. I am 4.5 years post op now, and it seriously keeps getting better. The latest improvment noticed is being able to have sex with it fully inflated. Fully to the point where I use two hand and full force to squeeze the last of the 60 pumps into it. And it feels great fucking with it. For me, I can orgasm through intercourse but it sure takes a lot longer than when i was doing it with a very soft dick. Sometimes i do miss the inability to pop one quickly when my wife is just accommodating me. And i find my orgasms through intercourse much less explosive than when i masturbate.
