Cold head
Almost a year in and I still get a cold head very irritated with that cialis does nothing for me I’m also not so sure the Ams 700 was the answer it’s just not round like it was before the middle struggles

You might ask your doctor if it's possible you have venous leakage from the corpus spongiosum. That is your glans and the erectile tissue surrounding the urethra and it will engorge just like the corpora cavernosa do in an unimplanted man. Arterial flow issues can usually be countered with ED meds such as Viagra or Cialis but they do nothing for venous leaks. If you have venous leaks in your spongiosum, a vein ligation might fix your issue. Ask your doctor to be sure.

I have the same problem. Do you have some research or study about the success of venous ligation after the implant to fix the problem?
32yo, VL from birth. Implanted in 2020 with AMS CX by Gabriele Antonini. Pump stopped working after three months,replaced with new pump that stopped working again. Complete revision Titan Touch 24+1 implanted by Dr.Eid. Titan failed in October 2023.
