Injection Experience

I am in the process of working with Dr Clavell in Houston, TX. Yesterday I had my sonogram to find out what was going on. I learned that day those dreams I had of doing porn were likely not a good ide if the event ever took place. It was the first time in my life I stood in front of another man while I was erect and while the technician was very professional and did what they do, I was embarrassed and had an overwhelming feeling of awkwardness! But that's on me.
I know he used Caverject but I dont know how many CC/units. All I know is in less than 5 minutes I had a good erection.
Injection at 15:35, erect at 15:39 out of the office at 16:00, drove one hour home. Well by 16:15 I was almost uncomfortably erect and had to pull my very erect penis out of my pants for relief! Luckily I had a shirt in the car to put in my lap. About 5 minutes from home (about 16:45) I called my wife to let her know I was on my way and that I had a pretty good erection going and we may not want to waste it, LOL. She's a good woman, met me at the bedroom door in lace thigh highs and bra. Not to get graphic but she felt me and lets just say after 2-3 years of 50%-70% erections she had a was obviously physically excited and had good time as did I. (It was the first time I had multiple Os since I was 16...)
The technician told me while he couldn't diagnose me he did tell me that the blood flow seemed good and asked me a number of questions about the injection experience. Im thinking I may be candidate for injections, Ill know the plan next week.
Im open to an implant and Dr Clavell did tell me that with my heart and blood issues that it was a matter of when not if on an implant but wanted to take the steps to see if we could stave that off as long as possible. As a formerly insulin dependent diabetic Im ok with needles. Ive been doing my homework and am concerned about the price of Caverject and Edex, I can't afford those treatments from what I can tell. If this is a possibility for a while, Ill ask for Tri-Mix as Im regularly in San Antonio and can pick up (or have shipped) from Talon. Does anyone have an average price of an injection for these meds? Im self pay and price is an issue. If it's going to be $20,000 over the next 3-5 years to have erections, Ill just get the implant and save myself the money in the long run...

But what do those costs mean per injection? So take the Edex at Walmart for $200.00, how many injections is that? 1? 2? 500? lol
Also on the TriMix at $475.00, how many injections is that?

I know its tough to say as everyone requires a different CC/Unit but average?

Sex on average 2 times per week, 52 weeks in a year= 104 injections
$475.00 per injection= $49,400!! I could get two surgeries for that and have a 12" penis!!

Anthony: No need to go to SA for injections, Try empower pharmacy, 832-678-4417. They have reasonable prices, but you will need the formulation the doctor will recommend. They are located on the West Sam near Tanner road. I used them before I got my implant. A piece of gratuitous advice, if the doc feels an implant is in your future, do it sooner than later. While we found the injections to work, they are a a lot of hassle. There is no ongoing cost with the implant either. If you have medical insurance, that should cover the majority of the cost.
Again, I am willing to do a show and tell if you are still on the fence about an implant.

I pay more then many but my trimix is shipped from usa i get 12ml for 330 dollars and 3 boners a ml so about 9 dollars a shot

Having used edex 20 my trimix is 45/1 27 with pge1 the 45 and 38 units of this does the same as a 20 edex

My cost for trimix at a local compounding pharmacy is approx $140 per vial. And I pay 100% of the cost. Something seems off with the prices y'all are paying.

Anthony, I don't know if you are a veteran or not but if you are it is very possible you can get your injections for a fraction of what those who have posted pay. If you are a veteran and need information PM me.

I've never heard of tri-mix costing anywhere as much as $475. My Florida pharmacy is $120 for 10ml. I get at least 7 doses per ml so that's 70 doses for that $120. I can live with that. You should be able to find something at least reasonably close to that.

I just paid $129 for 10ml of super Quadmix.
