Stronger erection after first orgasm

Does anyone experience a stronger erection after the first orgasm when injecting Tri-Mix?
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

Similar type problem but I soften after Sex and then about 30 min later get a strong erection that lasts for over 3 hrs then usually subsides. I use Bimix
78 yr/old ED for last 10 years Trimix 40mcg pge-1 / 2 mg/30mg inject 10 units also 5 mg daily Cialis

I don’t think of it as stronger, but I can go a couple rounds on TriMix. My second go round my erection is very firm. Sometimes continuing to have an erection seems like a great thing, sometimes not.

Is it causing you trouble or are you just curious?
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

I've seen this question before and will respond as I have before...just because we have ED doesn't mean we are dead. If you are able to orgasm, your brain has been sexually stimulated as well as your penis. And when your brain is sexually stimulated, it will respond by sending blood to your penis, even if physically your penis won't keep it there as long as it used to. So it makes sense that your erection will actually improve for a few moments around an orgasm through normal biological processes.
Married, 66 yrs old, ED for 22 yrs. On TriMix for 5 yrs. Live in the Adirondacks of NY. Would be a nudist if it weren't for the black flies and the short summers. :D
