I wonder if the oval shape is easier the partner when giving head. Wont have to open as wide. Less lock jaw. ;)

Possibly but missionary would give the impression of considerable more girth due to extra width.

Would depend on if your partner comes in from the side, below or above (69 position), wouldn't it?

I mean, when I look down at my penis, it appears wider than it used to be; however, from a side angle, it is flatter than before. Prior to surgery, my penis was more or less cylindrical in shape. Now it's more of an ovoid, if that's the right term.

Since one week after the surgery, I have been cycling regularly, twice daily for 30 minutes each time, pumping it up to what I guess is about 90% most times. I haven't noticed much difference thus far, but I know it's early on in the process. Can I expect at some point for my member to become more of a cylinder again, or will it just remain an ovoid? And, as I haven't really lost much if any length, so will continued cycling result in any additional length, or girth for that matter? Just wondering how long to continue twice daily cycling. I know my doctor is the one to ask, but he's had to cancel two post-op appointments and to close his office down, all because of the COVID-19 crisis. I'm hoping to see him in person in May sometime, but who knows if this will happen?

The wider rather than rounder is going to be your new normal because of the fact that the cylinders are round and two round cylinders side-by-side are going to be wider than they are tall (by two times). This is not taking into account the tissues of the penis, either. I threw together a simplified illustration comparison of a natural penis cross-section and one with an inflatable implant but in no way is it to scale or necessarily anatomically accurate. It's only to show the difference between the natural corpora without the cylinders and the stretched out corpora with the cylinders inflated.

That would be exactly what my penis looks like with the titan. I am not complaining, as I have regained some of what was lost to PD.

Always wondered if they ever experimented with a triangle shaped implant.
I wonder if it would give more of a natural shape than round.

One cannot change it, an implanted penis looks like a roadkill. So what, way better than a soft noodle.

When deflated, looks flat Like run over by bus tire. But, IT works as advertized.

Are all Titans flat when deflated? From the videos I’ve seen I’ve never seen one as you have described. I’m considering the Titan. Or maybe the pics I am seeing are Titans partially inflated? Thanks for sharing this. I’d like to hear some of the bad effects of the Titan, I’m hearing mostly the good.

I had made a post shortly after my implant about finally being a Shower and Not a Grower. I thought this was going to be a problem. However was I wrong. I love that it shows. My wife loves to see women staring at my penis. Weird right? LOL She catches women glancing at my junk all the time. I can say now that I'm a showier and a grower. I'm very proud of the work Dr. Andrew Kramer has done. What a gift to both my wife and I.

The bad effect with my Titan is that I can't keep my hands off of it flaccid or hard! Love it. I am mostly round when completely flaccid (rare), but some what oval when erect.
