Somewhere on FT I read where someone mentioned the use of a cock ring with a strap that goes under you and somehow attaches to your back. Does anyone know the name of it and where you can buy it?
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

I don't know if it works, and I did forget about it till I was your post, So I ordered one.
I'll post my finding since I think I have a Venous Leak and my Trimix isn't working as good as it used to.
I want to try them together.

I have been using the xialla cock ring for some months now. It is by far the best one I have tried. We have a weekly scheduled pajama party and it is part of my routine. I inject with a quadmix, massage and than apply the cockring. Lube around the base of cock and balls before applying the ring. I would attach a picture if I were computer literate enough.
