Medication to improve orgasm

Hey guys--I was dry cum prior to implant. When I first had the surgery, the orgasms were intense and the dry cum was OK. But after several years with little and now no sex and now only JO it takes a LONG time to orgasm. Please share anything that would help me get the climaxes back

Have you had your testosterone levels tested? Might also be just getting older. Any medication changes?
