She's never been very aggressive in the act. It's more like someone with popsicle or a lollipop. There may be a bit of DIM involved, but mostly it's just a lot of tongue-job. If a couple has been married or together a significant amount of time and have been through hell with ED I would think most spouses would probably want to only give words of positivity and not indifference or dissatisfaction no matter what. At that point I don't think anything other than positive feedback and words of love would be in either's best interest. Women are typically happy if their spouse is happy. My wife was through with sex well before I got my implant. Having the surgery had no effect on this.
