Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Good morning guys, Trinidad West Indies here. Sorry Larry8x8 not even close to you but I surly wish I was as I would like the talk show and tell you speak of. I just got my second Titan 24XL with 1 cm extensions put in on February 20th.

I still have not been able to pump up. I surely know how to do it as I had a Titan in before but this one does not want to pump up, it actually feels like there is air mixed with the fluid as I pump. My implant seems to stay half way pumped up no matter what I do. I can deflate as far as I can go and after a few hours my penis is back to half way inflated without touching a thing. And I can pump 50, 60 or more times and it never goes past half way pumped up.

Again, I can feel and hear the air/fluid mixture cycling through the pump ball as I compress it and then release it so it can draw more fluid in to be pumped with the next compression.

What it truly feels like is that I am only cycling the air/fluid mixture from my pump - into my cylinders and then as the pump draws in more fluid it draws it from my cylinders instead from the reservoir which is holding all the extra fluid. So because of this my cylinders can never get the extra fluid it needs to pump up past the half way position.

Any of you guys ever have a problem like this.

I really do not think that I have a leak, that is what happened to my first implant so I know what that feels like and this is different.
First implant Feb. 2012, Dr. Garber but developed a leak. Second to be done by Dr. Kramer Feb. 2020. Will be 65 then and using Medicare for the costs.

Prior to that I had used Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Tri-mix, and a Pump w/ Rings. All things prior my body built up an immunity to. During surgery they found a cyst on one testicle and my prostate, and a collapsed and sealed urethra. Both cysts were benign, and the urethra was repaired with a stint and an implant.

QUESTION: Did you notice a difference between Cialis and Levitra in their effectiveness, feel, time of use, or any other way? Cialis doesn't work for me anymore, Viagra gives me a serious headache and stuffy noise, so my doc is trying Levitra on me. I have my doubts it will work.

Hello. Stephen here. Out gay man in a 32+ year LTR. Married him in 2015. Sadly, separated because he's in a nursing home in Cleveland now (he's 91, I'm 68). Relocating to Cleveland soon (near Cleveland Clinic). Sex with him ended more than 10 years ago due to his age and senility. Sadly.

Was monogamous for most of our time together, now monogamish. Recently began a relationship with a widower (75) in Cleveland. Although I'm a bottom and he's a top, I'm considering an implant since my new paramour expressed an interest in having me top him.

ED for many years. Nothing has worked, to date. Have tried pills, pumping, and injections (trimix, bimix, quadmix) without satisfaction. Last year, diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) (75% blockage in right femoral artery) leading to angioplasty and stent, which relieved the blockage and saved my right foot. Now on plavix and statin to control arteriosclerosis.

Wish I'd understood the connection between PAD and ED. And had I known back in my younger days the connection between ED and diet and health, I would have been more proactive. Oh, well.
