Freezing TriMix vials
Re: Freezing TriMix vials
I just had my intake consult with a PA @ Defy Medical (see "On line Dr. ?" thread here) and she told me that I could freeze Trimix (bottles or in syringes) and it would last for a year kept frozen. Supposedly, It's the potency of the PGE1 that degrades with time so if you find Trimix not working as well over time, bump up the dose. She said that it doesn't "go bad".
Re: Freezing TriMix vials
I use a self-blended mix of Bimix/Trimix in a 10 to 1 ratio for injections. Trimix by itself is too painful for me to use. The little bit of Trimix I use is not enough to cause pain (just discomfort) and significantly improves my erections as compared to using just Bimix.
I have a vial of Trimix in my 36 degree F refrigerator that is 16 months old (still clear, no evidence of contamination).
I recently tried the old Trimix instead of newer vial of Trimix that is only 3 months old. I used it in an 8 to 1 ratio with Bimix thinking it might have lost some of its potency so I should increase the Trimix in my blend. That was a mistake.
The old Trimix is still viable. It significantly improved my erection using my Bimix/Trimix blend and still hurt like hell.
I've frozen both Bimix and Trimix with no damage to the vials from freezing them. It's been my experience that if you keep them refrigerated close to the freezing point of water, they remain viable and do not require freezing to keep them potent.
Be sure to keep them out of light. They will deteriorate if exposed to enough light.
