LGX implanted about 10 weeks post-op. Almost 6" bone pressed. Pumping daily trying to restore size. Girth has increased to about 5.5". Hoping to get back to my original pre-RRP length of 6.5"

I just came across this post (I am still fairly new to this forum). I was wondering how you made out size wise with your AMS? I gained more than double in length and almost one inch in girth... I absolutely love my LGX.

But with some stimulation & excitement it rounds out a bit more & also get extra swelling in the glans. Its getting there. Pump for 45-50 minutes at night & few time a week i add the am before work for another 20 minutes. Not counting sex. Gotta put that disclaimer with props to Smetro !

Looking good Bandit! I have never pumped mine past 30. I guess I can pump it more than 30. The bulb gets damned hard. I have to pump with my left hand, which is not my dominate hand. But I'm getting better. I'm going to go try pumping it 35 times.

Got 35 pumps in, and it definitely looked bigger. I'll have to take a measurement next time. But did start to hurt a little.

That's a good thing... it's stretching and that's how you make it bigger. Making it bigger is preparing you for a revision one day and a BIGGER implant. When this Covid 19 shit is over I am going in for a revision (mine came apart and hurts. It still works but something is not right... anyway I am trading my 15 to an 18+2... I can't wait.

I'm now 4 weeks post surgery. Super happy with my implant. Still a little sore, but it's as long or longer than before... albeit slightly less thick... but not much. Well worth it.

Jesus man. every guy in here is large. as a smaller dicked fella, it makes me feel so self-conscious. maybe I wasn't meant to get erections and have sex. no point getting an implant for a little pathetic dick.

Oh yes there is. I have more than doubled in length and gained more than 1 inch of girth. Cycle twice daily and use a VED at the same time.

I'll jump in and share. I don't have any before pics but I was a definite grower. I'm loving my implant and so is my wife of 23 years. I had serious buyer remorse at first but after all the swelling went down and I cycled a while everything went back to almost normal (with in about 1/4"). The first pic is right after activation (mid April) and now (end of Sept). Both pics are fully pumped till the pump bulb is hard and I'm not aroused.

As you all can see, there's a big difference. I usually pump at least twice a day for 15-30 minutes or longer (as much as time allows). I pump to max (hard pump bulb), wait for 5 or so minutes and try to pump again. Don't He-Man it when pumping a hard bulb, be gentle but FIRM. Sometimes I don't feel the pump bulb compress any but will feel an slight increase in pressure in the rods in my penis, AKA feeling the stretch. I will do this over and over while I'm pumping for regaining length/girth (stretching). I'm certain I'll get the 1/4" back and probably some more. If I don't, we (my wife and I) are MORE than SATISFIED with what I have now.

I faithfully cycled twice a day, every day for 29 months and I have more than doubled in length and gained an inch in girth. I also have the AMS LGX.
