Good Day!
Question: What is the largest dose of Tri-Mix anyone has injected to to obtain our desire result?
My last injection was 60 Units, and result was about 70% erection, nice, but not nice enough for penetration.
Spoke to Uro a few days later to give him an update, he said he needed to do some research, and would call me back, which he did.
He said my next try I should go 80 Units, with a Max. of 100 units.
My current formula is: PAPA 150MG PHEN 5MG PROS 100MCG 5ML PRP DO, which I've been informed by other's here translates to: 30/1/20.
I have not tried the 80 Units yet, haven't made it to my Pharmacy to pick-up my latest refill request.
Looking to see if any others here are using large amounts. I read success stories of doses of 10, 15, 20 Unit, haven't seen stories of 80 Unit, or more, injections.

Ha! Back when I started I injected 130 units once -- yes, one full syringe and a third of another. And still I didn't have the result I expected. What I learned is that it doesn't matter what the other guy experienced. It only matters what YOU experience.
Partner with your urologist and keep dialing in the formula until you find something that works for you.
Good luck.

I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units
Re: How Many Units of Tri-Mix
Well, the 80 Unit try was bust for me. Thankfully, I love giving my love oral, so the evening was not a total loss for both of us.
Next try I'll go 1cc and we'll see what happens. If "No Joy" I'll get a message to my Uro.

Re: How Many Units of Tri-Mix
Matt,
My uro started me 3 years ago with 100 units on the starter mix of 30/0.5/10. That got expensive. Yours is a little more than a starter.
I have since moved up in steps to my current 30/2/40, and 20-25 units currently works for me.
Like others say, what works for you may or may not work for the other guys. It is a journey, so go slow.

ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
Re: How Many Units of Tri-Mix
I am currently using 40 4 30, and it is now taking 60 units when just a 3-4 months ago, 25-30 gave me an excellent erection. My Uro's office is closed due to pandemic, so can't get a strong script right now. I can't wait for my implant, even as scary as the surgery looks.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.
