New Normal Discovery? Implantees

Postby NYSee123 » Tue May 12, 2020 8:45 pm

Hey fellas,

With the pandemic delaying my surgery, I wanted to check in and ask a question that's been on my mind as I wait for life to get back to "normal".

Are there any new normals you've discovered since being implanted that you can share with me??

I'm looking for Pros and/or cons. What are some things you've learned post-op or some adjustments that you've had to make as a result of your new penis that you didn't expect to deal with (i.e. sex life, daily life, spouse, comfort, body, etc.)?

All responses are helpful. Just trying to equip myself with a wealth of knowledge before I go through with the surgery. I am super nervous that I will regret it. I am also nervous about losing the last bit of ability to have a natural erection.

Welcome to the forum, NYSee123. So sorry you have this delay.

I had to adjust how I got in and out of my car. EXTREMELY minor issue.

I had to adjust to being confident that I could complete a coital sex act (to HER orgasm). EXTREMELY joyous adjustment.

I picked up a wealth of knowledge from taking a couple weekends and reading through a couple years of old posts. Very worthwhile.

Hey! I haven’t been on in a while… Glad to hear you’re pulling the trigger on this one! i’m waiting for this madness to be over also… three of my New Yorkers are dead and four were hospitalized from this stuff… anyway, implant… after the first couple of months, things start to soften up in the flaccid state… It’s going to be amazing for you… every now and then, you will catch that it’s much longer than before in that state… Also around this time, it’s really going to become part of you… You will not notice it in the every day tasks “sitting down in chairs and stuff like that“ it really does become natural… i’m 33, I would be willing to guess that by the end of my lifetime, this isn’t going to be a permanent solution and they will have something far bigger figured out… we can literally clone a human being… I’m not too concerned that we won’t be able to fix a penis a couple of years down the road… I tell myself this every day with being blind about my eyeballs… I hope that is of some comfort to you… Best of luck, my friend!

Nothing changed for me, as my signature explains.

I have found it somewhat uncomfortable to lie on my stomach, even when flaccid. I generally have to hang off the bed when I give my wife on-her-back oral.

Once you heal you'll love it. I was super nervous too before my surgery.
My first few months were a killer, but then medicines and me don't always get along.
Things I had to adjust/change-
First six weeks getting used to having a half erection 24/7
Sleeping on my back or side. I have been a stomach sleeper for years.
Underwear rubbing my penis made it feel raw. Bought satin boxers for night.
Jeans were out, sweat pants became the new normal.
Hot baths every morning to relieve the soreness
Sitting down to pee
I'm sure there's more, but don't let my experience deter you. As I said me and drugs do not play well together.
Lots of luck with your implant. You're ahead of the game being here on FT. Wish I had found this site before my surgery and not 5 months after.

Thank you, all! This is super helpful!.

I am also a stomach sleeper...and I also sleep nude.

During foreplay, how does oral work with a flaccid penis? Can it be inflated while in the mouth Or do you always pump first?

In practice you can inflate whenever you can reach the inflation bulb. I've heard of one person who suggested getting just enough inflation to penetrate a vagina and then reaching down and inflating while inside. I've thought about trying that with my wife. :)

Welcome. I was a "turtle dick", less then an inch flaccid, really hated that all my life. Now with my implant which I have had for 2 years now, I am 4" flaccid and still have my life long erect length of 5.5". So I won in two ways, I have a nice size flaccid dick and I can make it as hard, for as long, as I want! It took about 8 months in my case for everything to get back to normal. The only adjustment I had to make is that I have a budge now that I have never had. I have hit myself "there" a few times when working on things, that never use to be a problem, but it is a problem I will gladly take! LOVE my implant and would not change a thing. It is worth the few months of "adjustments" and discomfort for the remaining lifetime of enjoyment you have to look forward to. PM me if you like, I love to show and tell. Best of luck to you my friend and soon to be brother. Andy :D

You won't be sleeping on your stomach any more, at least for a while.
Oral is great now, flaccid or erect. I'm 4" flaccid, stiff enough to masturbate or get some sucking on. I have inflated part way before then finished inflating while the wife was sucking. No problem except finding the correct position.
