so, I have never used ecstasy, so I do not know exactly what you are talking about here, BUT, it sounds like the drug causes blood vessel changes that are similar to what happens when your penis gets into cold water. The "shrinkage of cold". Apparently, this also might happen after long term use of drugs like adderall and/or ritalin and maybe some diet pills.

GOOD NEWS: shrinkage does not happen to implant guys !

MORE GOOD NEWS: No matter how "fucked up" you get on alcohol and drugs, you will still be able to pump up and perform like a stud.

So, the combo of an implant and euphoric drugs is likely a great combo. Though, personally, I like the natural high of pursuing and bedding a sexy woman (ie, the challenge of the hunt, and the joy of the prize, and the extra benefit of being able to take that prize over and over all night if she lets me)

The effect is only temporary whilst high - the penis goes back to normal once the effect of the drug wears off.

People take drugs all the time that have side effects. They put up with the side effects because the benefits outweigh the side effects. Ecstacy's primary effects are worth putting up with the side effects for some folks.

In this case, the side effects for unimplanted men is reduced size. (I note that not much evidence has been presented to testify if the reduction is of the flaccid state or the erect state.) For implanted men, the implant apparently avoids that particular side effect. So, no making it smaller for them.
