It gets pumped up 4 to 5 times a week. It doesn't get used everytime but the wife likes to pump it up just to look at it. Even after all this time she is still amazed it can be pumped up hard and stay that way until she or I decide to let it down.

On another note. I was implanted today by Dr. Kramer. I asked him to make the call on the implant based on my real measurements between a CX or Titan. I woke up with a Titan and Genesis pump. I don’t know the details yet but I’m happy to report the pain so far is negligible. Just like everyone else reported, the catheter is super awkward and inconvenient. Cheers bionic bros!

I think the titan is ideal for guys with PD. My coloplast now 4.5 month post op has restored about 2 inches of my Peyronies loss. I cycle for hours daily. So my preop Pd penis was 3” and post op my flaccid is 4” and inflated about 5.5” give or take. The deflated state is annoying as it bends to the left. So I keep it slightly inflated. I have retained some natural erectile ability which makes it even more interesting. No regrets, everything works and it did before. Just much harder

At just 2 years and 6 months, I had to replace my LGX yesterday. I didn't get a chance to ask the surgeon what happened to the LGX, was more interested in seeing if he was able to get a larger Titan in. He was . But I will today. I was really surprised about this failure, will report back on exactly the cause.

Oh no! Did you have rough sex a lot during this timeframe? How many times did you use it? Please keep us posted with the cause of failure along with this data, it will be helpful.

Any update? How did the meeting go? What did the doc say? Why did your implant fail?

He sent it off, trying to find out why. I ended up getting a 24 cm vs. the 21 cm I had previously. Having trouble keeping myself from pumping it.
