Generally I have always slept in the nude. After surgery I had to sleep with either David Archery Briefs or my Tommy John Underwear. Which by the way I still sleep with Tommy John not because they keep my scrotum nicely tucked while at the same time I can allow my penis to be open thru the front shoot. Back to your question. I was sensitive to touch for the first 4 weeks. It only bothered me when I was sleeping and Renee would back into my Penis. Old Habits are hard to break LOL.

Yes you can feel the pump if my wife squeezes my scrotum. However if i'm sitting or standing no one can see the pump. Dr. Kramer being the Genius that he is routed the pump on the backside of my testicals. I love the location.

Can I feel the tubes. Short answer is yes. This is only the case if I completely squeeze all the fluid out of my penis. I like to leave around 4 pumps in my penis at all times. OK, boys boys boys, let's get back to being positive and to learning things about implants and how to use them to "drive a women wild." Hmm, interesting comment. I just know that even though my wife has never posted here she would if I asked her to do so. She was dead set against me having surgery even though she did not like me having to inject and pump up with a ved and put on cock rings which strangled my dick and would not stay erect and I would have to pump again and again.
