1. My pre op size is 5.25" and 6" Girth. What can i expect as post op size. And if i go for AMS LGX what will be the size of impant and RTE required, any rough idea ?
2. Implant is costing 11k in India with Dr. Vijayant Govinda in New Delhi (https://drvijayantgovinda.com/) and 14k USD with Dr Rupin Shah in Mumbai. These come with 5-10 year warranty on devices as per them.
Is it not better to go to US where it will cost around 24k USD but then will be the best in the game be in Dr Kramer or Dr Eid ?
Need Suggestions.
No one can predict the number of RTEs required. Just too many variables which cannot be measured externally. It is possible to make a GUESS as to overall implant length, but this also depends on variables which cannot be measured externally.
"Best" is a nebulous term. I have corresponded with both men and both are kind, generous and caring. Also, unarguably AMONG the best in the world. But there are many, many implant surgeons with profiles not as prominent. My surgeon (who is on salary, so had absolutely NO financial interest in doing surgeries) told be "You will be overflying a lot of good surgeons if you go to the East Coast." (I live in Alaska). I chose him because he met the same criteria as Dr Kramer, Dr. Eid, Dr Ostrowski, Dr Karpman and others. And he was local. Caring, listened to me, appreciated the study I had put into the procedure and dedicated to a good outcome. Plus, we got along.
Good luck.
My eight weeks post-op length is the same as the length of the erection I could achieve (with vigorous stimulation and pills) two days before the implant surgery. I measured carefully. If your surgeon sizes you (picks the correct size implant) correctly, you should be the same length as you were. As for girth, I did not measure (my failure at the time to recognize the importance of that dimension to women). I suspect, from the reading I have done, that the AMS devices may not guarantee the same girth as the patient had beforehand. I await comment from more observant men who kept better records.
