Ordered to big of a dose, Quadmix

I am real new to this and got a bit impatient and thought I was just ordering a larger size. I got this through a online doctor and I don't think he looked over my request. I ordered the Quadmix QM4 30, 3, 300, 0.2
Is this going to be a problem? How much should I use. First time....Very expensive... I think that is 300 of Alprosadil. Isn't that a bit much for a first timer?

It looks like you didn't do your homework first. Have you ever tried trimix or injections at all? If you are just starting injections you should be starting with a low dose of trimix. Quadmix is for men who've had no luck with trimix as it is more powerful. Definitely would not start with quadmix.

Hang on to it. It'll last in the fridge for several months. Doubt you will need that high a strength just starting off with injections but you never know. We are all different. Where did you get your prescription from?

I wouldn't throw it away. If it came in separate vials put all but one in the freezer, it will keep longer.
Yes Quadmix is way stronger than Trimix. I used it after Trimix started getting unreliable.
I started with a low dose, like 10 ml. Before long I was up to 45-50 and it became unreliable, plus left my penis sore for 2 days.
If you go ahead and try the Quadmix think about how severe your erections are. Nothing at all, or some, or better/good if you got assistance? I would judge how much to use by that, starting with a very very low dose. Have some Sudafed ready in case you can't get back flaccid, about 5 doses all at once will bring it back to limp but you might get sleepy.

Which company did you order from? Can you specify which ingredient is which amount? The order listed is not consistent among providers so we are left to assume.

Have you had any injection instructions from anyone?

Have you had any trials?

OK, I also got a few other opinions and I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I started with .10 of unit. So just a tenth of the first mark. I didn't get a whole lot of action and then next tried .25 of the first line. I got wood for maybe an hour and a half and thankfully it went away. That was my main concern. A trip to the ER. So I am OK with 1.5 hours and will stick with that for awhile. I got a little bit of pain and I just hope it doesn't get worse.

When I ordered the stuff it was around 4:00 in the morning and I don't think the doctor really took a close look at what I had ordered. The order went through quickly and I got it the next day. It was the RX club I am sure others have seen. It was 30 of Papaverine 3 of Phentolamine and 300 of (PGE)Alprostadil and 02 of Atropine. I watched a few videos on the injections and no other trials. Was getting desperate.

For the OP - just think about this subject in the long term is all. Some guys have different anatomy, injections work differently, need different doses.

If you are like most of us...you want the best, you want it NOW and you might have a difficult time seeing the road ahead in 5 - 10 - 20 years. Think about this in that vein, start slow and go from there imo.

I went ahead and ordered a much smaller amount of trimix and the reversal shot. I had a little more time to think and don't want to screw things up in the long run like you mentioned. I got the T106 30 | 1 | 25. So that is 25ug of Alprostadil. I probably should have asked for more advise on which one to order now that I think about it but if it is way out of hand I will contact them again. I am also worried about the Atropine in Quadmix. I had some chest fluttering or something I hadn't experienced before with my chest/heart when I took it. No heart issues with me but I felt a bit worried for a bit there. If it was the Atropine I will find out when I use the quadmix.
