First thanks for this place and the people who share their experiences.
I was losing hope.
I'm 57 developed diabetes from ulcerative colitis. 100 mg vg barely works so went to trimix @ 10/30/1. First shot .1, result was hard but only full on the lower half and thinner upper portion.
Didnt have that problem with Viagra. So my question is will a higher (.13) dose
help remedy this? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need to increase the dosage a bit. But more importantly did you try to engage in any kind of foreplay? Based off my experience (at a lower prescription at least) the addition of blood flow from stimulation really does help. After I inject I walk around with a semi for several minutes but once my wife and I start fooling around I get fully erect. I use 30-1-10 also... 15 units.
At a higher prescription you might be able to inject and get a towel rack without any kind of sexual stimulation. I don't know...

Yes we did foreplay, my concern is the upper part of my penis not as thick. I'll increase dose from .10 to .13 and post results for others that are just starting and might experience the same problem.

I inject 10 units and also have a partial erection in about 5-10 minutes. As soon as my wife and I start foreplay I get a full erection that lasts through orgasm and holds for an hour to hour and a half. Plenty of time for a second session or if wife is not for it, I can go solo.

Just a reminder, a good novelty cock ring can often make that little bit of desired difference. You do need to experiment to find the ring that works best for you. In my case I think the ring is worth at least 4-5 units. I'm currently doing about 15 units of 80mcg/ml alprostadil mono-mix.

Agree---I use a silicone ring over my cock and behind my balls. I inject with either a flacid cock or partial erection and then put on the ring. Once the juice kicks in I seem to get a harder erection. The ring moves my balls further toward the front and I can feel a difference when I have penetrated my wife fully.
