You need physical therapy and stress/anxiety management. There is nothing wrong with your penis at all.

These are the results of my tests over time.

Could you supply the lab ranges please? If they are as I mentioned, it does appear you have a low testosterone issue. Not just low normal, but significant hypogonadism.
What is causing it is complicated. It needs to be determined if the cause is primary or secondary (testicles or pituitary). What has your doctor said about these test results?

Тhe laboratory reference values are
8.70 -30.0

I think you missed my last question. What did your doctor think about your low testosterone results? These are not normal. Even the lower limit lab range is very low if the upper is 30nmol/l. If your doctor is considering this is normal, I would seriously consider seeing a doctor who specialises in sexual medicine. A period of time on a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) if used properly can reinstate a more normal testosterone level after these are discontinued. Given these low Testosterone results, did your doctor also order LH and FSH, Prolactin, Free testosterone and SHBG? Low results such as these should have made your doctor investigate further as to why this may be occurring. Most GP'S will refer a patient onto an endocrinologist in that situation.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.
