Does penis still get warm after implant?

This question is for those who have an implant. I know it won’t get as warm as it used to before implant, but the veins around the penis still carry blood to make the penis engorge, and when that happens, does the penis get slightly warmer?

Yes mine does. Sometimes more so then others based on how aroused I am. I can pump up with no physical or mental stimulation and it will be room temperature but if I am stimulated and in the mood it’s about as warm as my erections used to be before ED. I also get more girth if I’m stimulated.

my penis and the glans feels much colder than before being implanted

mine gets warmer when engorged. For me, I have not given any thought to the warmth of my penis. It is warm enough and, for me, this is a non-issue

I really don't notice much difference at all in the temp of my penis since the implant.
If anything it's warmer, slightly. I do feel warmer if aroused.

Mine had a cold feel to it for a long time. It has improved and 24 months post op there is still a bit of coldness and numbness to it but nothing to worry about.

Mine will be cold if i'm not sexually stimulated. This was even true before the surgery. If stimulated, i do get increased blood flow and it feels more natural. This mostly happens if im masturbating at around 50% inflation. I only get glans engorgement if im stimulated or if Im in an upright position. Lying down makes it shrink...not sure why, maybe gravity.

Most guys with a cold penis have had prostate surgery. It is very common after PC surgery because during PC surgery nerve bundles that cause blood flow are damaged and in some cases completely removed like mine. I now have a popsicle on a stick.
