Experience with oral phentolamine

For those of you that have tried oral phentolamine to help with psychogenic ed:

1) what dosage have you used?
-I have used 1 pill at a time (40mg). Has anyone tried a higher dose?

2) did you feel any sort of numbness in your shaft?
-I seem to experience some of that when I take it.

3) what has been your experience with it?
-I have yet to try it in conjunction with viagra, but my experience is that that 1 40mg pill gives me a slight improvement in erection frequency and quality

Nope.

I take it in combination with Spedra and results are excellent. Side effects, however, may be unpleasant (hypotension, headaches).

Phentolamine mesylate tablets are available in a small number of countries. China is one of them. They are not approved for use or available in the US, Australia or UK.
When taken orally, the side effects can be much greater than when injected directly into the penis. This can vary from person to person of course.
PM tablets came out about the same time as Viagra did, Viagra got approval and PM did not in an oral form.

Heart patients should not try oral phentolamine. And if you're over 50 y.o., I wouldn't recommend it either. Always consult your doctor first.

Sorry I never followed up here - I ended up getting the oral phentolamine from China (thanks Flavio!) and used it twice.

It seems to give my penis somewhat of a numb feeling. Has anyone else that takes it experienced that?

It also seemed to make me feel like crap the second time I took it, though that might have been a coincidence...
