Since I just got my 3 piece and started cycling, not much to see, but you will get the picture of pumping, releasing, and bitching while doing it, lol.

It’s was an option. I think 2 people in Philly offered show and tell and never followed thru. If anything I was not prepared for was the Titan semi flaccid state. I am happy with my implant. It works and PD is gone. I was not prepared for the semi. I am now. But my cycling as taken a toll since it’s not easy to ride with a semi. But I think guys would appreciate seeking that. Their perception what they know, compared to post op. Just trying to help.

Absolutely willing to talk to prospective implantees and the already implanted about our experiences.

And, with some (very few) reservations to show as well, since I think no amount of photographs and assurances from surgeons substitutes for real life experience.

And I do recall the unnecessary years of angst with unreliable erection and unreliable results of pills and injections of a number of kinds. And the pre-operation angst.

Being able to go for hours, literally, and "no matter what" has been imbibed, is just stunningly good, and if I'd done this in my 40's would have been truly dangerous. . . . . . .Now 69.
