My friend, as you did, I've read through the posts of this forum and honestly I did not know what to ask Dr. Eid during the phone interview and first time in his office. I knew I had to go with it regardless the outcome, shorter or longer. Who gives a fuck when you have nothing to fuck with!
So he measured me at his office before and after the surgery. After surgery, few days after, he measured me inflated .5 cm longer. I do not have a tape to measure myself, once I will be home in 2 days I will do that. Most important, pain in manageable when I inflate and deflate. In 2 days it will be 3 weeks since surgery and I feel great. Today I walked 3 miles and I feel grate. I guess every day it will get better and better and now I feel confident to look the ladies in the face and flirt. I am looking for a partner now and believe me I feel that I can rock the bed with much younger ladies. I will not date women in my age range. Fuck that! I am a fucking fucking machine now! Well, not in US, not in Europe, but in Asia, yes baby, I will chose and pick the cherry! I am not a fucking pervert, honestly, but it is time to enjoy life as short or long it might me. I am in good health and I intend to keep eating healthy, exercise and stay away from medication. Dr. Eid delivered and once I start my new life I will post the news. So, stop worrying, go ahead and get the implant ASAP and you will feel like Superman! What a feeling! God bless all my bionic brothers! One more thing I learned a lot from expats on youtube who retired in Asia. See for yourself how you can be happy just like them getting a much younger partner!

Second try to post this...
Today I got a bill of $3700 from the clinic. Total cost was $41000. Medicare paid 80%. Any room for negociation?
I still do not understand why I was not told about it and I've asked the doctor's office, the lady told me that medicare pays 80%. Never a straight answer and I presume I was not the first client with medicare. Is that ok? I've presumed from reading here that I will pay out of pocket $2000 only! Thanks for your feed back!

What Clinic did you go to? Do you have a supplement? Are you still working & is Medicare your primary?

Jim,

$3700 out of $41000 is a big difference. Do what you can for negotiating. Call the clinic, tell them you are retired(?), etc, and do the monthly payments. I had 3 surgeries, $12000 out of pocket for me. The total for all 3 surgeries was $90000.
I too got a Titan (classic). I am taking the rest of the week off on cycling. My balls hurt! My release valve is manual, and I have to hold it down and just squeeze out all the saline. Like you, releasing is a challenge, and last night told me I need a long break!
Its been 3 months. VERY slow progress, but progress nonetheless...patience, patience, patience....but man, I want some action, lol!

Jim

One thought do you have a Medicare advantage plan. That type of plan usually have a bigger deductible & the bills go through the advantage plan first & then Medicare.

Wow, you got a deal! My bill for the hospital, surgeon and implant was $62,892.50. What got paid was $37,147.43. That was with one night stay in the hospital and the AMS 700CX installed. If your insurance + your out of pocket was only 90K, that was good. About 7k average per implant cheaper than mine was.
