Talk to your doctor about the placement of the pump.
Why did he put it lower?
For me, my doc put it lower because I had an infection. I am to pull it forward and push back. Bulb was bothering me at night, while sleeping. Still does, but not as much as before. This is also part of my pumping routine.

Oh yea, way too soon to try pumping that thing up. My pump is low in my sac too, hangs like a 3rd nut but lower than my two. My sac still gets sore from pumping the bulb and I'm 7 months out. The good thing is it's better than it was last month, a lot better than it was two months ago, and way better than it was 5 months ago.
My suggestion is let your sac hang free. I bought satin boxers to sleep in so my package could slide when I turned. When sleeping on my side I pulled the pump out from between my legs so it wasn't getting squished and sore.
If your surgeon placed the cylinders way up where they should be your glans will swell when you inflate. If you press on the very top of your dick head you should be able to feel the tips of the cylinders.

I could really feel the tips way up at first, but they have migrated down slightly from where they were. I really deflated everything so its probably why they've contracted a bit. Kramer said he didnt want me inflating yet. Still healing. Not sure one person said Eid has you inflating at 3 days. I guess no consensus out there amongst surgeons.

I am a bit concerned about my testicular implants. The left one has for years been stuck to the wall of the scrotum, I think the incision scar healed attached to it shortly after it was placed. That scar tissue eventually encapsulated the whole fake testicle making it hard as a rock. I've got a lot of hematoma inside my scrotum from this current surgery and I think all of that blood is attaching to that testicular implant. It's almost twice as big as the other one and I'm worried all the tubing from the reservoir and pump tubing is gonna get drawn up into it and one big stuck mess. I cant make heads nor tails of much right now due to the swelling, skin bruising and incision. Trying to manipulate and massage it a bit daily to try to break up any potential adhesions. I am pretty sure I am just going to go in and have them removed completely. Makes my whole scrotum the size of a grapefruit with everything in there together and shortens my effective penis length..
Wish I had just told Dr. Kramer to remove them during the surgery, now I have to pay for a whole second surgery just for this.

it was girthy from the beginning, just enormous now though. I was on my feet all day at work today, and paying the price now. My dick/balls are huge with lymphedema fluid in the shaft and scrotum. This is gonna take a while for the body to stop doing this I think.

Hang in there my man ... good god you are only one week out - I was still just stumbling from my recliner to the kitchen and back, and you are already back at work? You are one tough dude. Seriously, try to take it easy for another week if possible, by then you be feeling a lot more like yourself. For what its worth - I am 5 months out and everything now feels completely normal ... hardly ever think about the damn thing anymore except when I see a pretty girl

Nope, not me. We all heal differently. I am 3 months out, self-luv is about the only thing I can do. We all heal differently.

It has felt a little less uncomfortable today in terms of being on my feet and swelling up compared to yesterday. I definitely notice every day gets easier and easier.

Tomorrow will be the 2 week mark. Swelling has pretty much resolved now and doesn't ache and throb when I am standing on my feet all day. There is still some residual bruising of the scrotum, but it's softened up as most of the blood inside has reabsorbed, but unfortunately my pump is stuck now to my left fake testicle that was previously stuck to the inside wall of my scrotum before surgery. I think it's attaching onto all the scar tissue from it and is taking the pump and tubing with it. I have tried pulling but it won't come away from that side. I can still just grasp the bulb and squeeze it, but it's very difficult to find a proper position to grip it to pump it. I've cycled a few times already, I can only really get a semi-hard state before it's too hard to compress the bulb anymore. Hopefully that will continue to get better. I can see already now though that I am going to have to get this pump revised/moved and I think will just have my testicular implants removed if possible, they are just causing too many problems with the pump and access to it. The right side doesn't seem to have any issues, maybe he can somewhat place it over to that side. I'll give things a few months to see if it just improves well enough on its own, hopefully it will.

So much better today. Almost overnight things have softened up in the scrotum and was able to pump for first time. Trying to leave it up for an hour, but it does sting at the tips, can feel it pushing the inside of my glans. Measuring right at 6 inches length.
