Weak erections since 12. Had Prostatitis since 20

I had weak erections since the age of 12. It happened overnight when I was sleeping on the floor. Next morning I noticed I couldn’t get morning wood. Ever since then my erections are weak. I’m 28 years old now. I can still get hard enough to penetrate during intercourse but the erection is not hard enough to bring the woman to orgasm. And I need constant stimulation to maintain the erection which tells me it could be a venous leak or maybe peyronies since at the base of my penis it curves downwards.

I never really got it checked out because i been poor most of my life and as of right now I am dealing with another disease which is chronic bacterial prostatitis. I had chronic Bacterial prostatitis since the end of 2011 so about 8 years now. It causes me symptoms such as weak orgasms, low libido, low sensitivity, frequent urination and sometimes pain depending on what I eat.

The weak orgasms, low libido, and low sensitivity is what bugs me the most about having CBP. No point in life if you can’t enjoy sex or get pleasure from it right?

I’m planning on doing an experimental treatment for CBP in Europe. It basically uses viruses called phages that only target the specific bacteria in my prostate. They basically infect the bacteria cells and kill them and the phages multiply until all the bacteria is gone. I’m going this route because I think it is a lot safer than taking antibiotics which kill both bad and good bacteria.

I actually got the treatment before but I went to the wrong place and got scammed and they basically injected me with something that caused me to develop leaky gut syndrome and eczema so now I have to deal with those new diseases as well.

I really hope the treatment in Europe cures me from Chronic bacterial prostatitis because it’s hard living with weak orgasms, low libido, and low sensitivity. Life is depressing with these symptoms and I had it for 8 years now.

If the treatment in Europe cures me I’m planning to get an implant but I’m still not sure if I should get it because once you get it there’s no going back which really scares me.

I worry about issues such as losing sensitivity in penis, losing orgasm sensation, losing length/girth, or something going horribly wrong..

But at the same time, I’m also scared of living the rest of my life with a limp dick. I already wasted 16 years of my life since having erectile dysfunction..

There is so much health problems I have to deal with right now and it’s hard to stay positive..I have no one to talk to about this please help me. I don’t want to waste my life anymore...I need to get cured from chronic bacterial prostatitis and then I need to get an implant and at the same time I need to heal my leaky gut and eczema and on top of all these problems I also have OCD which makes everything worse. Life really does suck

An erection sufficient enough for penetration is sufficient enough in my book. Many women can't orgasm from penetrative sex alone and need direct clitoral stimulation to get off, such as digital, oral, rubbing a dick on it or sex toys. Don't assume it's your lack of a 100% firm erection that's at fault. It could be your general love making technique.

I read about phages many years ago. It sounded promising but I haven't heard anything since. I'd be very careful with unorthodox medical treatments. Nothing to say you can't be scammed a 2nd time.

You should definitely get checked out by a good urologist. Don't delay.

If antibiotics will likely cure your disease then you should take them.

I hear stories of my friends bringing girls to orgasm by penetration and I never brought a girl to orgasm before. Whenever I have intercourse I can tell that they are bored or they are feeling awkward. I can tell that they know something is wrong. That’s why every woman I get close to I avoid intimacy and I missed out on lots of opportunities.

I had my bacteria tested to see which antibiotics work and it showed that the only antibiotics that work are antibiotics that are in the same class as Cipro, which are called fluoroquinolines. I’ve read these antibiotics are capable of killing bacteria but they also cause more health problems.

I personally know someone who has prostatitis and took cipro for about a month and now he has pain all over his body and tendons.

The phages that I received the first time did help a little bit in improving my symptoms and that’s when I didn’t receive the right phages for my bacteria. I’m getting a custom phage developed right now in Europe which should target my bacteria so I’m hoping it will work since I’m banking everything on this treatment.

I’ve tried viagra and cialis. It doesn’t work. Even if it helps me get hard it doesn’t get that hard and after stopping stimulation it would go down after 3-4 seconds..that is why I think it’s a venous leak or peyronies

Where do you live? You need to find a really good sexual medicine specialist. I know you can't afford any but most doctors will help people who cannot pay. First of all, you need to go to a sexual medicine specialist. Second, I cannot believe you have had bacterial prostatitis all this time. It would be almost impossible. I would love to see you get an evaluation by a pelvic floor specialist. I am guessing you have non-bacterial prostatitis also known as pelvic floor dysfunction also known as chronic pelvic pain syndrome. My case is chronic bacterial prostatitis, it’s not non-bacterial. I’ve had my prostate fluid tested 4 times and each time they did find pathogenic bacteria in it. I am certain the bacteria in my prostate are causing the symptoms. It is possible to have a prostate infection for 8 years if it becomes chronic. The bacteria ends up building biofilms which make it harder for antibiotics to reach the bacteria which is another disadvantage of antibiotics.


I live in the US and I tried reaching out to a sexual medicine specialist before and told him I have no money and all he told me was find a family member that can lend me some. But right now they are developing my phage treatment in Europe that is going to target the bacteria in my prostate and I will be able to afford the treatment by the time this covid 19 crisis passes so I’m just waiting on that. When I went to the first center in Europe, even though they scammed me my symptoms did improve a little so I think if I were to get the right phage treatment then it would work, now I just need to make sure to get the right phage and go to the right place this time.

I really do think the phages can cure my bacterial infection for good I just need to keep treating myself with the phages until all the bacteria becomes eradicated. I think the phages are my best option as of right now. I had minor pelvic floor dysfunction before phages but after getting treated with phages my pelvic floor muscles stopped tensing so it does work.
