You have to feel around to make sure you have JUST the pump and nothing else (veins, testicle, tubing between testicle and body (epididymis). As long as you only have the pump between your fingers with just the scrotum skin over it and nothing else in the way, it'll be easier without hurting yourself and getting sore so much.

do you pull/stretch on the penis with your hands once it's inflated? wondering if that would help coax some size back over time. I notice that it makes my penis not hurt as much when I've fully pumped, and I feel like it's helping stretch things out somewhat lengthwise and break up scar tissue formation. once my stitches are healed, I may try to vacuum pump a bit too.

I just pump right now, no VED. I have tried the VED, but it has to be mood thing for me at this point. Pumping is painful. Inside of dick is being stretched and I really can't do anything else.
Unlike *most* guys on here, my situation will take a boatload longer to get to where they are at:( (pity party anyone, lol)
When I shower, I pull my foreskin back and wash underneath. It is a bit painful to pull foreskin back, so its patience, patience, patience.....

TRY leaving your dick alone for at least a week. You should be healed by now. It sounds like you are keeping it sore. As for pain when pumped, I still have pain at 2 yrs out. I was full size after 1 month. When deflating just push the button to deflate. no need to also squeeze your dick. it just adds to the irritation.

Now, as for that TRY....my whole dick, or just the head (pulling back foreskin). As for the whole dick...that is a challenge. 3 days is my max (except for surgery, and that was almost 10 days).

Trust me, you can do it. I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that caused all the skin on my glans to shred off and explode to the point of bleeding. Your glans, usually covered and protected like the skin inside your mouth is different than all the other exterior skin on your body. 3 days of taking Levofloxin and my glans and inside of my mouth disintigrated. Urologist couldn't figure out what was going on. A dermatologist gave me the answer. This shredded glans is still with me 4 years later. After 3 years it has finally healed enough where it will not bleed when having sex. The skin is still see through thin. Your problem sounds like your dick needs a rest.
