I just came across this interesting document:
https://patents.google.com/patent/CN104013588A/en
The jargon is too technical and complicated for me, maybe some of the experts on FT could help us decipher this: who owns this patent, what exactly is a dispersible tablet, how can we get our hands on this treatment, etc.

With regard to your PM Flavio, I have had a look at this and it is just a patent that someone has filed in China during 2014 for a new preparation of the drug you are already taking. Looks like a dissolving/dispersible tablet in the mouth, possibly for sublingual absorption. It was in broken english and parts of it made no sense.
As just a patent that means it has not been made yet, its just an idea. It may not work of course as it has not been put through any studies and trials.
Here is an interesting study on an oro-dispersible version of viagra, which changes its pharmacokinetics (absorbtion and metabolism of the drug) which may alter how side affects are felt:

Thanks for you reply. Do you think sublingual tablets are more effective?

I don't have any experience with them. Regarding the study I provided, it suggested it may change how side affects of the drug can be felt, by altering how quickly the drug is absorbed and metabolised in the body.
