Thank you so much for taking the trouble to upload these pictures. Between the two, which would you prefer. I was about to order the "INJECT EASE" on Amazon for $ 34.00. What do you think?

Hi, and thanks.
The one downside to the one I have is it will not accept syringes less than 1cc. When I bought it I had needles of 1/2 inch and 1cc as well as 5/16 inch needles that were less than 1cc so they would not work in it. I just got a box of 100 syringes that hold 1cc and have 31gauge 5/16 inch needles. I use the 1/2 inch on my left side as I find it harder to inject for some reason and the 5/16 on my right. I also have a lot of foreskin so the longer needle works just fine.

From what I read, the inject-ease will take just about any syringe and needle length, but read up and be sure. If it does then I would have bought it.

Another thing to consider---the autoject inserts the needle and dispenses the love juice. The inject ease ONLY inserts the needle, you still have to push the plunger to inject the juice.
Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 :D :D :D Wife likes it too :D :D :D :D

Well I usually have 1 cc syringes, so I do not think that would be an issue.

If INJECT EASE ONLY pricks the needle, and One has to manually PUSH the plunger in, it does only HALF the job - I consider that useless. I think that in that case I will go with Autoject.

Read up on the inject-ease and be sure. There are some videos on youtube about it.

The Autoject looks just like the one I use. Mine is marked Autoject EL though and mine is white.

I use a pretty strong mix. If I depress the plunger and the mix goes in too quickly it can burn and cause an ache that can last for awhile. Being able to control the rate of plunger depression is very important to me. Often I inject in little pulses over a minute or so. Sometimes I start to depress and discover extra resistance or pain. Continuing to depress will result in pain and the juice going in a less than optimal spot. I can then adjust the depth in or out a tad to find perfection. All of that is lost with a device that automatically quickly depresses the plunger. If none of that is an issue for you then your choice is obvious.

Began using the auto inject after about six months of manually sticking the needle. Used the auto inject for about another six months but found it somewhat cumbersome and caused a few misses. Never had any pain or burn using it. Went back to manual Mode and happier with that.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!

Also went through the Autoinjector stage, one of the main problems is that using small syringes like 30g 0.3ml the needle does not stay in the center of the unit and when you inject, it does not go where you wanted it to go. I had a similar experience of bruising/discoloration caused by the rupturing of a blood vessel, which took a few weeks to come right.
I got rid of the autoinjector and now use 30g 8mm syringe, solved the problem of hitting the right place and then you are in control of events, with the autoinjector traveling at 100km there is no room for error :(
Age 73, married 1972. Tried all pills with poor results. Started QuadMix injections in July 2010. Fantastic results so far. My QuadMix formula is : 10MG Alprostadil, 9 MG Papaverine , 0.1 MG Atropine , 1 MG Chlorpromazine

Mikehard---I started with two syringes, one was a 1/2 inch 1cc and the other was a 5/16 smaller syringe. As you said, the smaller syringe would not work in the autoinjector for the reason you stated. I found a place I could get a 1cc syringe with a 5/16 inch 31g needle that will work in the autoinjector just like the 1/2 inch needle syringe. I got 100 syringes for $11.00.

I also discovered by playing with the autoinjector and each of the two syringes that if you set the depth gauge per instructions only about half the needle length is inserted into the penis. When manually inserting the needles we insert to the nub. So, I adjusted the depth gauge on the injector so the nub of either syringe is just barely inside the opening of the depth gauge. This will remove the problem you spoke of in your post.
